Vishal Bhalla is a distinguished thought leader and sought-after speaker on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Human Experience and Culture. Vishal has served as Chief Experience Officer at both Advocate Health ($32 Bn, 69 Hospital, 165K Employee System and, Parkland Health (Safety net system with the busiest Emergency Department in the country) where he integrated experiences across patients, providers, teammates, faculty, learners and volunteers and Chief Human Resources at Atrium Health Navicent ($1 Bn, 1000 bed system) . He holds a Master of Business Administration and AI, Machine Learning, and Healthcare certifications from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT); a certification in Ethics of AI from the London School of Economics, Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University; is a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Recognized for his expertise, Vishal has been invited to prestigious forums such as the White House Round Table for National Preparedness. He serves on boards including The Beryl Institute’s Patient Experience Board, the Advisory Board of HR Exchange Network, and the editorial board of Patient Experience Journal. Additionally, he is a subject matter expert and member of the board for the MDIAS initiative, a partnership between the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the private sector.
