Partha Deka

Partha Deka is a seasoned executive with over 22 years of experience in healthcare and technology space. A physician by training, he was engaged with patient care in the field of internal medicine before transitioning to the Tech and Tech enabled services industry. Partha has led transformational changes in the Provider and Payer space by inserting technology and solutions into the business functions allowing for ease of access to care and drive optimal health outcomes.

Partha started his career with GE Healthcare and prior to TTEC, he led healthcare businesses at Capgemini and NTT DATA and also led the Managed Care business at Conduent. He served as President of a large National TPA, driving growth and delivery excellence across providers and payers. He pioneered tech transformation in care management for Long-Term Care, improving care quality and optimizing reserves for carriers.

At TTEC, he focuses on integrating technology into healthcare solutions, enhancing CX – provider and clinical services, health outcomes and member experiences, and transformation of core administrative functions for Providers (RCM, Provider Data Management, Provider Credentialing) and Payers (Claims as a Service (CaaS). His experience also includes integrating and scaling startup tech solutions into global digital operations.
