Neema Tan is the Manager of Consumer Experience Analytics at Memorial Hermann Health System, one of the largest non-profit health systems in Southeast Texas, encompassing 14 hospitals and 260 care delivery sites. In her role, Neema leads data administration, reporting, and analytics initiatives to support voice-of-the-consumer strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
With over 13 years of experience across two major health systems in the Greater Houston area, Neema has demonstrated expertise in administering feedback tools, analyzing and advocating for patient experience, and optimizing the care journey. She has successfully transitioned survey data administration from legacy EMR systems to Epic and has cultivated strong partnerships with industry leaders such as Press Ganey, NRC Health, and Qualtrics.
A passionate advocate for understanding what drives patient satisfaction, Neema is committed to leveraging technology to enhance healthcare experiences. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University.
