Lisa Griffin is the Chief Consumer Officer for University Hospitals (UH). In this role, Ms. Griffin collaborates with leaders and staff to identify and implement innovative approaches to earn patients’ trust through their experience and ease of access to services that UH offers across Northeast Ohio. Ms. Griffin also supports initiatives that engage patients at every phase of the care continuum, including the consumer journey, digital capabilities, call center, hospital and ambulatory access, the UH enterprise transition to Epic and the UH Rainbow Advice Nurse Triage line.
Ms. Griffin is a seasoned health care executive, internationally known for her expertise in health care service delivery. She has strategically worked to aid organizational design and implement operational throughput strategies, call centers, telephony platforms, revenue cycle and physician practice efficiencies, all of which advance better health care delivery. Having worked from the front to the c-suite Ms. Griffin possess a unique viewpoint and perspective of healthcare like few leaders in the field.
