She has a rich 15 years’ experience in different sectors including, construction, manufacturing, health, and hospitality with a focus in fields of people management, culture transformation, and highperforming organizations. Fatma is a lifelong learner with a passion for sharing knowledge, her journey is underpinned by her academic competence, holding a Master’s in Management Information Systems from Dar Al Uloom University, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Sciences from King Saud University. Her commitment to continuous learning is further evidenced by an impressive number of certifications from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education, INSEAD Executive Education, Academy of Brain-based Leadership, and The Academy for Developing Administrative Leaders.
