Erin Schuyler Bilvado

Erin Schuyler Bilvado is the Vice President of Consumer Experience & Health Plan Service Administration for the Southern California and Hawaii Markets at Kaiser Permanente. In this role, she leads initiatives to improve the care experience for over 5 million members. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, Erin collaborates with Permanente medical groups, Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, and Health Plan Service teams to attract, engage, and retain members and patients. Membership growth and 5-star performance anchors the portfolio of work she leads.

Erin is committed to improving service quality and promoting equity by design. She focuses on reducing barriers to care and enhancing care navigation so patients can receive the right care at the right time. She also empowers the experience through digital technology, actionable insights, and fostering a culture of service.

Throughout her career, Erin has held senior leadership roles in health plan operations, revenue management, and business consulting. She is known for launching innovative programs and pioneering digital tools. Erin is particularly passionate about signature journeys, such as care for women and children, mental health, and new members.

Erin holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a degree in Economics & Psychology from UC Davis. Outside of work, Erin is a mother of four and is deeply involved in her local school community, having served as a former trustee of the school foundation. She enjoys supporting her children’s athletic activities and recharging by spending time outdoors.
