Prior to joining MedPower, Corrinne served as Vice President of Quality Assurance at Catholic Health. Over nearly eight years, she developed and implemented comprehensive quality programs that not only ensured regulatory compliance but also resulted in improved patient outcomes and substantial financial gains. Notably, her leadership in navigating CMS programs yielded the recovery of 92% of potential financial dollars at risk, and her strategic approach to Commercial Quality VBP Programs achieved over 85% of potential incentives.
Corrinne’s vision extended beyond regulatory compliance. She pioneered the Readmission Navigation Program, fostering seamless care coordination across acute, home care, and population health settings. She also laid the groundwork for a Hospital at Home Program and streamlined physician workflows through electronic quality tools, enhancing documentation and compliance. Her mastery of data analytics and hospital operations management enabled her to drive the use of clinical decision support, resulting in over $32 million in network acquisitions through the Promoting Interoperability and MACRA/MIPS programs.
A recognized expert in patient experience, Corrinne designed and executed an award-winning program that redefined patient-centered care. She defined core behavioral expectations aligned with the organization’s mission and implemented a comprehensive education program for all disciplines. Her leadership in the High Reliability Unit pilot and the Leader Accountability Program for PX resulted in a remarkable 110% improvement in the network’s overall patient experience ratings. Corrinne’s meticulous data-driven approach, which included developing detailed dashboards and analytical reports, ensured transparency and accountability at all levels.
