Chris Malone is Founder of Fidelum Health, guiding the strategic direction of the firm.
Chris has over 30 years of customer experience, consulting and executive leadership experience, with a track record of consistently driving growth and innovation. Previously, he held C-level executive positions at leading organizations including Goddard Systems, Choice Hotels, ARAMARK, as well as leadership roles Coca- Cola, the National Basketball Association, and Procter & Gamble.
More recently, Chris has advised consulted to a broad range of healthcare organizations, including Mayo Clinic, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Orlando Health, Beth Israel Lahey Health and New York Blood Center, to name a few.
Chris is co-author of the award-winning book, The HUMAN Brand: How We Relate to People, Products & Companies. He has previously been a guest and contributor on CNBC, FOX Business, Bloomberg TV, Wall Street Journal Live, Forbes and Businessweek. Chris is also the host of the Humanizing Healthcare webinar and podcast series.
Chris holds a bachelorʼs degree from the University of Maryland at College Park and a master’s degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
