Carolyn Palsky

Carolyn is the Director of Nursing and Patient Experience for GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center and Nursing and Patient Experience Consultant for All.Health. She graduated with a nursing degree from Brigham Young University and later earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education and board certification as an Advanced Nurse Executive. Prior to joining GluCare she was the Director of Patient Experience at the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi where she created a culturally appropriate Patient Experience program in the Middle East. She also worked as the Director of Nursing Operations and Patient Experience for Healthcare Corporation of America.

Her passion is Patient Experience and Service Excellence and also enjoys spending her free time volunteering in service opportunities such as net director for a HAM radio emergency net, speaker for Health Matters at Emergency Preparedness symposiums, and Chapter President of an international Women’s Organization.
