Carlos Bezos Daleske

Carlos Bezos Daleske is the founder and general manager of the Institute for Patient Experience (IEXP) since 2016. With the IEXP he has been pioneering in creating second generation PREM (patient reported experience measures), the first certification in patient experience, as well as AI driven algorithms to turn experience into evidence. He has worked in over 35 hospitals and 20 pharma companies in Spain, UK and Colombia. Before Carlos was the quality director at IVF-Life, Spain’s fourth human reproduction group and manager for organisation development at Mercedes-Benz.
