Alaa Mohammad Ahmad, is a dedicated advocate for healthcare quality with over two decades of experience. Currently residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Alaa is committed to elevating patient experiences and raising the standards of care. Alaa’s educational journey includes a Master’s Degree in Quality Management from Wollongong University, Dubai, and ongoing pursuit of a PhD in Quality and Productivity in Healthcare at the University Sains Malaysia, with an expected completion date in late 2024. His extensive certifications and professional training, including Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Certified EFQM Internal Assessor, reflect his dedication to excellence.

With a rich professional background, Alaa has held various key leadership roles in healthcare institutions such as the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi Hospital, Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, and Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City.

Currently, Alaa holds the position of Senior Business Consultant at SSMC Transformation Office, where he continues to contribute his expertise to healthcare quality and transformation initiatives.
