Wendy Deibert

As SVP of Clinical Solutions, Ms. Deibert helps health systems, clinicians, and partners to integrate virtual care into their products, systems, and care delivery models.  Ms. Deibert has 34 years of nursing experience as a bedside critical care nurse, manager, senior consultant, operations manager, and executive. As Vice President, Telehealth Services, Ms. Deibert played an integral role in building Mercy Virtual, the world’s first “hospital with no patients,” which opened in August 2015, ultimately scaling to 160+ clinicians caring for patients remotely 24/7. In her time at Mercy, Ms. Deibert developed a telehealth team and converted more than 500 critical care/step-down beds to electronic ICU technology at 15+ hospitals across five states, launched 30 tele-stroke site programs, developed a tele-sepsis program that monitors over 3000 beds, created the first eAcute/eHospitalist program across three hospitals and launched over 70+ telehealth programs.  Later, Ms. Deibert worked as an independent consultant before joining Caregility.
