Dr. Natasha Milatovich

Innovative and solution-oriented Human Resources executive and business leader with more than 20 years of experience and a track record of transforming organizational culture to one of improved employee morale and high employee engagement. Currently, overseeing the entire Human Resources department for AltaMed Health Services, one of the nation’s largest federally qualified health centers that operates more than 50 health clinics throughout Southern California. AltaMed provides primary and senior care, dental, women’s health, HIV prevention and care, and behavioral health services to patients in diverse communities with its more than 4,700 physicians, providers, allied health professionals, and staff. Dr. Milatovich holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, master’s degrees in both Business Administration and Human Resource Management, and the nationally recognized Human Resources certification through SHRM SCP.
