Ahmed Alzarooni is Daman’s Senior Vice President for Customer Service. He brings more than 20 years’ experience across a range of sectors to the role, with deep knowledge and experience in the banking and health insurance industries. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, operational efficiency, digital transformation, change management, multi-channel optimisation, risk management and operational excellence. During his career, Ahmed has been a key advocate of operational excellence and customer experience. In addition to his extensive industry experience, he also brings impressive academic credentials to the role, including a Fintech Certification from Harvard, a Product Strategy Certification from Oxford Said Business School, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wolverhampton. During his career, Ahmed has served on the boards of numerous institutions, including as a Board Member for Al Hilal Auto and as a Supervisory Board Member for Emirates Digital Wallet.
